New and used textbooks
When you work with us, we commit to stock both new and used textbooks at levels meeting your needs, assuring students quick availability and price-point options. As a division of Nebraska Book Company, one of the largest textbook wholesalers in the U.S., we have access to any textbook produced and to one of the most extensive inventories of used textbooks in the country.
Multiple fulfillment options
Students can place orders online, by mail, phone or fax. When you provide course lists, adoption data, and student course and ship-to information, we do the rest—shipping directly to students.
Custom website
When you choose to work with us, our first step is to create a customized online bookstore for you at no charge. This site will look and function as part of your institution's website and can be used to sell new and used textbooks, other course materials, academically discounted software, trade books, electronics, custom-printed clothing, and other logo items.
Students will be able to purchase from your online storefront 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your site will be completely customized and designed to reflect your institution and will be developed in accordance with your curriculum and the calendar of your campus, locations, or program. Your site will be fully secured using the latest encryption and redundancy technology to ensure safe and reliable online transactions.
One-stop shopping
We stock your adopted textbooks, study guides, CD-ROMs, videotapes, audiotapes, and lab materials as well as safety goggles, molecular kits, study packs, and custom published materials—anything your instructors require for courses.
When your students visit your online store, they will be able to locate their classes, identify the course materials they need, and place an order online. Now your non-traditional students, even those in remote locations, can enjoy the same one-stop shopping convenience offered to traditional students.

Neebo Connect offers an expanded line of software, reference materials, and BarCharts® study guides.
Ordering and payment options
Your students may order online or by toll-free phone or fax, by email or standard mail. Students may use Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, or American Express® credit cards, or send a check or money order.
Financial aid payments
Neebo Connect can also coordinate with your institution to develop processes to accept student financial aid, so your students can use their financial aid to pay for textbooks and course materials ordered from Neebo Connect. We will provide reports and tracking information for financial aid reconciliation to your institution.
Direct-to-student delivery
Neebo Connect will deliver orders to your students across the U.S. and around the globe. With in-stock inventory, orders placed prior to 3 p.m. Eastern time usually go out that same day and reach U.S. students within two to five business days, depending upon location. Overnight and international shipping is available.
Flexible return policies
Students may return unused, undamaged books for a full refund up to fourteen (14) days after receipt of their shipment. While this is our usual policy, we do our best to match our policies to your program’s guidelines for dropping and adding courses.
Valuable buybacks
Neebo Connect was the first national distributor to provide a buyback program that approximates the buyback programs offered in traditional campus bookstores. Our buyback program lets your students sell their books back at a premium level, up to 40% of what they paid, provided the books are in acceptable condition. The value offered to students has been consistently higher than other programs offering textbook buyback.
Custom publishing services
We partner and coordinate with custom publishing services to offer CD-ROM, video, and audio duplicating services, as well as the reproduction of study guides and course materials—and to provide licensing, permission or copyright clearance. We publish collections of readings or multiple source study materials and can provide photocopy versions of out-of-print materials. Custom publishing services can include binding for production of your own custom books.
